Mr K Subramanyam MSc (Yoga) our Yoga master for well over 9 years. My wife Bhavani and I are both Sr.Citizens .I am 75 and my wife is 66. Before that too, we had a couple of Yoga teachers to introduce to us proper yoga asanas, but nothing worked out on a permanent level for the teachers were otherwise gainfully employed and they would call on us more as a hobby or a passion to assist. Mr Subramanyam became our permanent yoga master since 2014 after being introduced by a good friend who had benefitted from his yoga immensely. Over the years he has helped us tremendously to keep fit and healthy. He is a committed yoga teacher. He combines Yoga with Pranayama which has produced very good result to keep sustaining our health and fitness level. Trust me when we say we have derived Under Master Subramanyam an Improved balance and flexibility with reduced risk of falling, that we find common with Sr citizens around us.! We for one believe that he can help seniors reduce stress and anxiety by teaching them to control their breath and focus on the present moment. Another spin off is his ability to improve lungs function and one's sleep and help in reducing old age niggles like pain in body and muscles through proper breathing techniques.

I'm 57 years old. I'm an avid cyclist. I am also learning to play the flute. In preparation for a cyclothon, I sought Subramanyam’s help to relax my body.
